Yotsuya Suga Shrine Tori-no-Ichi (Second Rooster Day)

Second rooster day of the Otori shrine festival within Suga Shrine in Yotsuya. Lucky kumade charms are offered 9:00–22:00 (1,000 yen with broom, 800 yen kakkome). Each charm comes with one draw in a lucky lottery. Stalls line the grounds, with dedicatory dances at the kagura stage.
