Halloween in Yokohama Chinatown, 16:00–19:00, on Chukagai-odori, Nanmon Silk Road, Suzhou Lane, Mazu Temple Street, Shanghai Road and more. Wear a Halloween costume (even one accessory counts) and visit participating shops to get a gift. In a PAW Patrol collaboration, Canton Hanten, Chukagai Keikyu and Dohatsu Shinkan are decorated with the characters. Held in light rain.
