This year lanterns are the stars, with the theme of dreams, including lanterns designed by Digital Hollywood University students. The plaza trees glow in calm white and gold, and the 2nd-floor atrium has a diamond-shaped display made with Rilakkuma, a Chiyoda City tourism ambassador.
