Sumida River Terrace (by Arakawa Yuen and Miyamae Park) (Kumanomae Sta.)

Riverside fun on the Sumida River terraces: river cruises, a mini train, a mini aquarium, a stamp rally and a pop-up library. Until 19:00 by Arakawa Yuen, until 16:00 by Miyamae Park. Ogutoberfest runs the same days.
