45th Setagaya Animal Festival (Kinuta Park)

Japanese title: 第45回世田谷区どうぶつフェスティバル（都立砧公園）

Kinuta Park, Nemunoki Hiroba (Yoga Sta.)

An animal festival with animal displays and photos, petting areas, a mock animal-hospital experience, rescue-dog demos, birds of prey, a craft corner and booths on pet care and disaster preparedness, plus stage programs. The Kids' Animal Petting Class (ages 3 to elementary school, about 10 minutes with rabbits, guinea pigs, etc.) uses timed tickets handed out first-come at the petting corner on the day (morning from 10:30, afternoon from 13:00).
