Harajuku Omotesando Hello Halloween Pumpkin Parade

Japanese title: 原宿表参道ハローハロウィーンパンプキンパレード

Harajuku and Omotesando (check-in at Jingumae Elementary School) (Meiji-jingumae Sta.)

A shopping-street parade in which children in costume walk about 1 km along Omotesando. It sets off at 13:00; a candy rally around participating shops runs from 11:00. Cancelled in rain.
