Nerima General Sports Ground Park (Nerima Sta.)

Nerima City's music festival, 10:30–16:30 (planned). Includes a kids' stage (10:30–11:40: fife and drum club, brass band, dance, junior orchestra), hands-on instrument play with real and toy instruments, and a coloring workshop and stamp rally by Toei Animation. Only the vibration speakers (listening support) require registration.
