Japanese title: 2026なかの東北絆まつり

Nakano Shiki-no-Mori Park, Nakano City Office plaza and more (Nakano Sta.)

Dances and nebuta floats from Sendai, Morioka, Yamagata, Fukushima and Aomori (Kuroishi Yosare), plus the Akita Kanto festival, gather in Nakano, with Tohoku products and food at Shiki-no-Mori Park. Parades Oct 24 17:00–18:30 and Oct 25 13:00–14:20; go/no-go announced at 8:00 on the day on the official site and social media.
