About 550,000 lights turn the forest into a Halloween night. Held on October weekends and holidays (11, 12, 17, 18, 24, 25, 31), 17:00–20:30 (last entry 20:00). Cancelled in rain. Bus from the north exit of Shinrin-koen Station (Tobu Tojo Line).
