An autumn community festival in the Komatsugawa-Hirai area, 11:00 to about 18:00: food stalls run by neighborhood associations, taiko and dance on stage, a lantern-mikoshi procession from 16:30 and a prize draw at 17:00. Stamp rally for children of elementary age or younger (first 150). Held in rain (some parts may be cancelled).
