Kyochika's take

A small two-day culture fest in Koenji with 14 artists from across Japan.

The highlight: comparing how each artist reworked the same Oppai-ten tote bag. You can buy pieces on the spot.

Spend 500 yen or more to draw the OPPAI lottery for original goods (while supplies last). Free entry, an easy stop on a Koenji stroll.
