Shimokitazawa's local festival, Oct 24-25, 10:00-16:00. On Oct 25 (11:00-15:30) a free sports challenge (football, parkour, kendama, boccia) at Kitazawa Gakuen Junior High, food stalls and mochi pounding at Kitazawa Park, and exhibits at Kitazawa Town Hall. No parking.
