An autumn fireworks show at Arakawa Sports Park with 11,100 shells. Paid areas open at 15:30, and there is a free viewing area on the embankment slope west of the Ukima Golf Gate (from 12:00 on the day; entry may be restricted when crowded). Cancelled in stormy weather; umbrellas are not allowed.
